Those who expect to see many ostriches or stroll through ostrich pastures will be bitterly disappointed. A walk is not possible, a footpath of 25 m leads to a paddock in which three ostriches frolic. The ostrich / pork (60% / 40%) - hard sausage, which is sold in the shop for 2 EUR / piece, is delicious.

The birds were very curious and peaceful. Unfortunately, the lady of the house was rather unfriendly and refused to use the toilet. Never experienced anything like this. Then of course I didn't want to buy anything anymore. Customers / guests seemingly undesirable. It's a pity ...

Ostrich egg order in the online shop. Very quick and reliable communication. Goods came quickly, neatly packaged and tasted very good. Ostrich egg is a good gift tip, since preparing it together is fun.

If you have time to go there, or if you go by, I think it's worth a look :) Restaurant is very sweet, everything is clean, and you can see the ostriches from the restaurant. Nice service. You can also feed the ostriches for 50 cents and what is also good to know, they only take cash, no card payment possible.

Huge waiting times for the food, only a cook only a waitress everything goes very slowly ... food they have only ostrich unfortunately other food was available on the menu but you did not have it ... food is for the small appetite and very expensive ... NEVER AGAIN!

The food is absolutely recommendable and delicious. Ostrich steak for the Lord is in the picture and worth the money. A star I have to deduct because the toilets were very dirty and sprinkled.

Hello, I would also like to speak. We had stopped there about 2 years ago. The restaurant looked like a Mitropa waiting room at eastern times. After a long wait, the waitress came. We ordered drinks. The still water that my wife ordered , was PP.warm and probably out of the line. The dining room was swarming with flies. The food was completely overcooked and mushy. Too bad about the Romanesko. The sauce out of the bag. (Frank Rosin) would put his hands over his head. Outside a nice terrace directly in front of the entrance with lots of space. Why not put a big grill and offer bratwurst & steaks from our own production. There are always a lot of cyclists coming who would perceive the scent of the grill from afar. My husband and I wanted to try the ostrich catering for a long time. Try makes smart. We can only award two stars and still ask ourselves, why is the guests not offered quality. It started with the order. It took .... The restaurant was not sooo full. The soup was not produced. Okay, that's what we understand. The plates we were served were small and everything fell down. No space for cutting. The grill plate (I thought so for 19.90 € would be too much for me) was very manageable. The food was not a highlight. The salad was 100% from the bag, the dressing from the bottle and the Ketshup from Aro (Metro). Nice that you can watch the chef there at the Anrichteweise, but that should be reconsidered. We preferred to watch the ostrich. The meat (that's why I had chosen the grill plate) was fried too long, no matter if steak, Boulette etc. Oh no, it's a pity that you do not do anything from such a unique feature. Tourists come anyway. We are not anymore.

Feeding the ostriches is really nice and fun. Otherwise, the visit was unfortunately not really worth it: the kitchen made us no joy. The fried potatoes dripped with grease and looked like a convenience product. The salad consisted mainly of iceberg lettuce with industrial dressing. Too bad, because it can also save a good ostrich steak at the food nothing more.
